I included one (+ / only one) 'to be sure' for old / times' sake. / Strobe." Attached is a print-out of Talbott's August 10, 1995 New York Times Review of Books article, Why NATO Should Grow. Book itself is unsigned.
Unclipped printed dust jacket over charcoal paper-covered boards and black cloth spine with silver lettering.Jacket toned on flaps with some shelfwear to edges. Boards are square with spine ends a bit faded and nudged. Binding is sound and pages unmarked.
