mainly visible on interior but showing a bit on back panel, along with a couple small tears and a tiny chip, along with light rubbing along edges and spine ends. Boards are sturdy and square. Binding is sound and pages unmarked.

Second reprint of what the dust jacket dubiously calls "ERB's Rarest Book." Previously published by ERB, Inc. in 1938 and reprinted by Grosset & Dunlap in 1939. This edition reprints John Coleman Burroughs's five interior illustrations, with a photo reproduction of his cover illustration on front jacket panel.
