Jacket dampstained along bottom and spine edges of back panel, as well as down spine with darkening to exterior and toning to verso, with a horizontal tear at bottom of spine and chipping at spine ends resulting in loss to part of publisher's imprint. Dampstaining mirrored on boards, with a more noticeable quarter-sized bleed onto front board, alnog with some general fading and toning along edges. Spine a bit cocked. Ownership stamp of a William Robert Miller on front free endpaper, else pages unmarked. Small patch from dampstain on bottom of textblock near spine, but not bleeding up into pages themselves, with some fading to topstain near spine. Opens easily between gatherings, but binding is sound.
