Boston: Henry Hoyt, [1872]. First Edition. Small octavo; publisher's black blind-embossed cloth, spine stamped in black and gilt; vi,[7]-183pp.; frontispiece. Cloth a bit scuffed at extremities, corners bumped, brief discoloration to both boards from exposure to damp, contemporary library rubberstamp (Loysville Union Sabbath School) to front pastedown with no other institutional markings, frontispiece rather roughly separated 2/3 of the way down gutter from top continuing with a 2" closed horizontal tear across image, remnants of tissue guard at gutter near tail, else a Good or better copy overall.
