New York: The Viking Press, 1964. First Edition, Limited Issue, part of 500 copies signed by Arthur Miller, 499 of which were originally for sale. Tall octavo. 129 pp. Glassine wrapper. Brown boards stamped in dark red and gilt. Top edge stained red. Housed in publisher's slipcase.
Glassine wrapper wrinkled and toned with a few chips along spine and one longer split along base of spine towards front joint. Boards show very light shelfwear. Binding is sound and pages unmarked. Slipcase shows minor scuffing and a few stray marks, else sturdy and sound.
