Custer, SD: The Chronicle Shop, 1935. First Edition. Octavo. 102, [2] pp., though with leaf with pp. 13 and 14 misbound after title and before dedication. Presumably binder's error and else collated and complete. Black and white photographs and illustrations. Suede-textured wraps.

Light wear to wraps, binding sound, ownership inscription to ffep (Helen P. Guiser) and pages otherwise unmarked.

Includes accounts of Native American warriors, Custer's campaigns, Deadwood, and more recent history such as the construction of Mount Rushmore. Loocke was also an inventor and includes his plans for the "Aero-Zep" dirigible towards the end of the text. Scarce with one record found in retail and auction records at time of this writing in 2023.
