Boards rubbed and scuffed at corners and spine ends, with fading, smudging, and soiling to surface. Opens flatly between gatherings with gaps starting between a couple, but binding is holding. Pages a bit toned along edges but unmarked.

A rather boringly rebound but serviceable and internally clean reading copy. Often [mis?]-titled with the additional text, "The Yellow Crime" from the publisher's original decorative boards.
