Mays, along with his partner Harold J. Herman, ran Two Harolds Antiques in Alexandria Virginia.
Octavo. Original dustjacket with $20.00 price; book in black paper-covered boards with green cloth spine and gilt lettering. Jacket shows a 1.5" scratch on back and some light edgewear, but is clean and crisp overall. Boards are sturdy and square. Binding is sound and pages unmarked. Form presentation letter from National Endowment for the Arts introducing the anthology with a name label reading "Jack R. Lemmon - Dance" at top laid in.
