Accompanied by small quarto volume; 158pp.; blue cloth spine lettered in gilt; color illustration of Henry VIII to front; illustrations. Housed in publisher's gilt decorated slipcase. Map itself rubbed at extremities; map box lightly worn along edges with one split to side panel. Commentary volume lightly rubbed along spine; slipcase scuffed; overall Very Good or better.
