Boards edgeworn with some bumping to corners and spine ends, light wear to joints, and some general light smudging and soiling. Front board opens a bit shakily and book opens easily to between a few gatherings, but binding is holding soundly. Dedication page torn at gutter an inch down from top. Pages unmarked.
