Pages clean and unmarked apart from a few scattered spots and foxing. Binding is sound.
The Ratcliffe Hicks Prize has been awarded Brown "at the end of the senior year to the male student who has 'the highest standing in the courses in English literature and language.'" Daniel Lucius Brown went on to study at Harvard Law and be admitted to the Connecticut bar, then took a job teaching navigation for the government.
