Paper wraps are toned and have edgewear, corners are slightly curled. Binding is sound. Pages are clean and unmarked.

This copy includes a handwritten letter from author Thomas Elward to a Mrs. Johnson dated 1976: "In appreciation for your help in supplying biographical information regarding the late Mr. Johnson, I am sending you a copy of my dissertation which contains the finished results."
