Oblong Quarto; 207pp. Black and white illustrations throughout. Blue cloth-covered boards with brown cloth spine and gilt lettering, housed in gray paper-covered slipcase with mounted title design. Safire's bookplate on front pastedown.
Dean illustrated Safire's first book, The Relations Explosion, published the same year.
Covers are square with a bit of fading along top edge and light bumping to corners. Binding is sound. Slipcase is chipped at top back corner with remnants of a failed tape repair but no other splits, else occasionally smudged with toning along edges and a $17.50 price sticker on back.
