Tugwell was an integral member of FDR's "Brain Trust" that helped shape policy leading up to the implementation of the New Deal. He also served as Governor of Puerto Rico during World War II, and in a novel within Philip K. Dick's novel, "The Man In The High Castle" succeeds Roosevelt as President in 1940.
Graphic dust jacket is unclipped and with one closed tear at top front joint and modest rubbing along edges. Blue boards are stamped in spine in silver and faded at spine ends. Binding is sounds and pages are unmarked.
