Cleveland: The World Publishing Company, 1967. First Edition. Signed by Jacoby on front free endpaper to Martin with inscription, "To Bill Martin / regards / Neil Jacoby." Though not clearly stated, this volume is from the library of William McChesney Martin, who was the longest serving Chairman of the Federal Reserve, serving under five Presidents and holding the post until January, 1970.

Octavo. 114 pages. Maroon dust jacket over maroon boards with gilt lettering. Jacket is chipped at extremities with some closed tears along edges and a longer 2 1/2" tear running vertically from bottom edge of rear panel. Boards are lightly edgeworn with nudging to spine ends. Binding is sound. Text block edges foxed and title page shows a couple small, stray pen mark, else pages unmarked.
