Menu included caviar, clams, salmon, beef, chicken, "Frozen Tom and Jerry," fancy cakes, and two kinds of peas. Among those presiding over the meal were President Taft, Governor of Rhode Island Aram J. Pothier, and Mayor of Providence Henry Fletcher.
