Ex-British Embassy of Rome with their bookplate to front free endpaper, leather scuffed at extremities and joints significantly rubbed and cracked, 1cm. loss at spine foot, spine gilt entirely effaced, brief worm-holing to title page fore-edge not approaching text; overall Good only, though contents remain clean and sound.
Pastoral play in verse first produced in 1573, the characters nymphs and shepherds during the time of Alexander the Great.
