Two volumes (of three); 32mo (11.5cm.); publisher's blue morocco-backed marbled boards, elaborate gilt spines in five compartments, top edges gilt, marbled endpapers; [4],493; [4],461pp.; engraved frontispieces by Alphonse Leroy and Alphonse Lamothe, and two eaux-fortes Lalauze. Some scuffing to boards and spine ends, corners bumped, spines quite sunned, light foxing to early leaves, else a Very Good, quite attractive set, albeit lacking final volume.
