McCormick became the first journeywoman carpenter in the United States in 1975 and eventually established her own construction and cabinet company. She eventually moved back to her home state of Maine and entered politics, becoming the first openly gay member of the Maine State Legislature.
Wraps are worn along edges with a few small closed tears and general rubbing and foxing. Front panel separated in two spots from comb binding, but overall holding. Pages clean and unmarked. Scarce in retail.
