Very Good. Item #9849
New York: The John Day Company, 1932. First Edition. Octavo; 256pp. Illustrations throughout. Beige cloth with brown lettering and decoration. Missing dust jacket. Boards lightly shelfworn with some toning to spine and nudging at spine ends. Opens easily between a few gatherings, but binding is holding soundly. Pages unmarked. Ownership inscription of Frederick F. Van de Water on front free endpaper, though we reckon this is FFVdW III, son of the Custer / William McCoy biographer, as the signature appears to not be a match for the latter.
