Inaugural issue of Unnatural Acts, a collaborative magazine co-edited by Bernadette Mayer and Ed Friedman, so-titled because the poems within were published without attribution. The first issue was made up entirely of work produced by participants in Mayer’s 1972 experiential poetry workshop at the Poetry Project, but later issues would include solicitations from other writers.
