Edinburgh: William Blackwood and Sons, 1904. Second Edition. Octavo; xvii, 247pp. Seven fold-out maps, all present. Restored in original red cloth-covered boards and gilt lettering with new plain white endpapers. Boards bumped at corners and spine ends with a few superficial waterspots and general soiling to boards and darkening to spine. Tape repair to margins of initial pages, not involving text. Maps show a few splits starting at folds, but all panels present. Library stamp reading "Library: Headquarters Department of the Gulf" on page edges, but no other library marks. Binding is sound and pages unmarked.
