Collected reports compiled by H. Rider Haggard as Commissioner of inspections of the Salvation Army's agricultural and industrial establishments in the United States and England. Unfortunately, while the notes on Haggard's conversations with President Theodore Roosevelt are mentioned in the table of contents, they were not included in the text itself. First published by His Majesty's Stationery Office the same year under the title "Report on the Salvation Army Colonies."
