Two volumes; octavos (24cm.); publisher's white decorative cloth stamped in blue and gilt, housed in original bright blue cloth dust jackets, gilt-lettered spines, x,[2],[11]-226; 252pp.; mounted mezzotint portrait frontispieces, twelve leaves of half-tone portraits. Light wear to cloth margins, more heavily so to dust jackets, cloth boards quite heavily foxed, textblocks a bit toned, else a Very Good, bright and sound set. Both frontispieces signed in pencil.
