Il Comitato di Liberazione Nazionale was an anti-fascist political and military organization formed in Italy in 1943 to support the Italian Resistance and fight Nazi occupation. The text here reads, "Surrender or Perish Germans and Fascists Choose surrender or death. For those who surrender we guarantee the application of international conventions," (our translation). An unrecorded, heartening record of the Italian Resistance.
