Illustrated price list from the Boston-based manufacturers of mail cycles, advertising on the rear panel their latest model the Scorcher. The interior two panels list eight different bicycle lamps, from The Pilot, the "Best low priced Lamp," which comes with a detachable reflector, hinged back, and Japanned finish ($1.50). Further up the pricing scale is The Orient (patent burner, screw socket: $3.50); and finally The Heliotrope, which comes with extra light and reflectors "of great power, far reaching rays, large cup for oil" ($8.50).
