Boards sturdy and square with no significant signs of shelfwear. Binding sound and pages unmarked. Clamshell sturdy and solid with a couple very faint spots of rubbing.

Anson's landmark haunted house novel based on a true story of a family's apparent supernatural encounters in their bargain Long Island dream home.
