Slight inward bow to front board, else no significant signs of shelfwear. Binding sound and pages unmarked. Slipcase sturdy and solid.

Signed by R.C. Matheson, Mike Flanagan, and Nancy A. Collins on colophon at rear. Matheson's massively influential haunted house novel, basis for the 1973 film The Legend of Hell House starring Roddy McDowall and Pamela Franklin. This edition also features some of the last artwork by Basso, who passed away shortly after finishing the illustrations.
