Early (fourth and first editions, respectively) trade paperbacks of Bill Hume’s Babysan comic, which featured a Japanese pin-up girl interacting with American servicemen. Hume created the series while stationed in Japan with the US’ post-WWII occupying force. The comic quickly became popular among his fellow service members and was published in military periodicals.
