His college education was interrupted when he was drafted into WWII, but he resumed his studies after service. Following graduation, the young artist found work as an illustrator and graphics designer at NASA. He maintained a personal painting practice throughout his professional career; the works he produced during that period comprised the exhibition represented by this catalog. As of October 2026, we locate five copies in OCLC.
