Jacket a bit shelfworn with a few small tears and some adjacent creasing along edges. Boards are clean with some bumping to corners and spine ends, and a slight roll to spine. Binding is sound and pages unmarked.

Signed by the author with inscription "Mrs. and Mr. Anderson, for Christmas 1967. D. Emeric Melius" and numbered 27 of "300 additional copies...issued for prominent personalities" on limitation page at front. A historical novel based on the author's experiences in forced labor camps during the Soviet occupation of Hungary.
