Much dedicated to enlightened methods of industrial production (repealing the malt-tax to reduce drunkenness), political reform ('Australia is also surpassing us in novelty of Legislation: Melbourne has adopted the ballot,') and, most vehemently, a more focused approach to domestic swine production...
